The officials have been trained to look for (4) different criteria in order for a penalty to be called and if it didn't fit in those criteria the situation was not going to be called a penalty. For your information, the referees look for the following criteria:

These are the guidelines that our officials follow. There are obviously many other variables that come into play. The officials will be enforcing zero tolerance on all OBSTRUCTION and HOOKING type infractions. |
